If you don't know Jeremy, know that he's an OG network automator--doing it before it was cool. Before we had a bunch of models. Before we had reliable sources of truth. Before Ansible was a thing. If there are bodies buried, Jeremy knows where they are. He might have even wielded the shovel. So...MLB has a completely automated network with a fully mature automation practice, right? Well, yes...and no.
